Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of JSONPROMPT (the "Service"), operated by Ankit Sharma ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
JSONPROMPT turns a scene description you write into a structured prompt for third-party AI video models (such as Veo, Kling, Seedance, Wan and Hailuo). We generate text prompts only; we do not generate video, and we are not affiliated with the providers of those models.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- One person, one account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing ankit@spectramynd.com; we delete your profile and history within 30 days.
3. Your content
You own the ideas, text and images you submit and the prompts generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (for example, sending it to an AI model to write your prompt and storing the resulting text in your history). We don't use your content to train models or publish it.
You are responsible for what you submit. Don't upload images of people without a right to do so, and don't use the Service to create prompts that are unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to impersonate or harass real people.
4. AI output
Prompts are produced by an AI language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review them before use. Results from the video models you paste them into are outside our control, and each of those models has its own terms you must follow.
5. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, bulk generation or attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- No reverse-engineering the Service or attempting to extract our prompt frameworks by technical means.
- No reselling the Service or presenting it as your own.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
6. Sponsors and third-party links
The Service may show a sponsor banner or links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is", free of charge, and may change or be discontinued at any time. We do our best to keep it running but don't guarantee uptime or that generation will always succeed.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, or for any decisions made based on generated prompts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes we'll notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
